About Pryn Music

Welcome to Pryn Music, a music label built for dreamers, thinkers, and storytellers — by one of their own.

I’m Richard Pryn, and every piece of music on this label was written by me in the same small home studio where I once composed music for Hollywood movie trailers.

Now, I write soundtracks for imagined worlds, untold stories, and quiet moments of real life.

Whether it’s a fantasy-inspired epic, a cinematic piano suite, or a lo-fi indie song, the goal is always the same: to move you emotionally, to help you reflect, and to give your inner world a soundtrack.

This label isn’t about following genres. It’s about following feeling. If you use music to write, to think, to feel, or to dream — this place was made for you.

The Origin Story (The Short Version)

I have been writing music professionally since 2013. I have written music for global advertising campaigns, huge Hollywood movie trailers, small indie films and all the stuff in-between.

In that time, as well as providing a service as a composer of instrumental music, I have always wanted to release my own music and build a fanbase of people who love to listen to my music (and not just as background music).

Despite a few false starts, in 2025 when mentoring other composers to pursue the thing that excites them most, I decided to finally focus my efforts on what excites me the most - making whatever music I wanted and for the fun of it. Pryn Music was officially started.
